Welcome to Pro Programmes, a subscription-based service providing coach-built workout plans for fitness enthusiasts. By accessing or using our website, services, or app (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Subscription Service

• Plans and Pricing: We offer subscription plans, including a 7-day free trial followed by monthly billing at £19.99 (or the price stated at signup). Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice via email.
• Free Trial: The 7-day free trial starts upon signup. No payment is required upfront, but you must provide payment details to activate. The trial ends automatically, and billing begins on day 8 unless cancelled.
• Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly on the anniversary date. You authorise us to charge your payment method (via Stripe or similar) for the full amount, including taxes. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via emailing support@proprogrammes.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months. During the free trial, cancel before day 8 to avoid charges.
• Refunds: Refunds are not offered for subscriptions except in cases of technical faults or as required by law (e.g., under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty services). Trial periods are free, so no refund applies.
• Chargebacks and Disputes: If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. You agree to reimburse us for any chargeback fees or losses incurred due to unfounded disputes.

2. Use of the Service

• Eligibility: You must be 18+ to subscribe. The Service is for personal use only; no resale or commercial redistribution of content.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
• Content Access: Upon subscription, you get access to workout plans, videos, nutrition tips, and coach support. All content is copyrighted and for your use only — no sharing or reproduction.
• Coach Support: Monthly check-ins and chat access are provided “as is” — response times may vary (typically 24–48 hours).  These require participation, and we expect the client to complete the check in or get in touch with the coach.
• Termination: We may suspend/terminate your account for violations (e.g., misuse, non-payment) without refund.

3. Liability and Disclaimers

• No Guarantees: Our plans are guidance only. Results vary based on individual effort, health, and factors beyond our control. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or health issues — consult a doctor before starting.
• Service Availability: We aim for 99% uptime but disclaim liability for interruptions, data loss, or errors.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. No indirect/consequential damages.
• Force Majeure: Not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, strikes).

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via email or the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
